Community Navigators
Community Navigators is a service jointly commissioned by Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group (HVCCG) and Hertfordshire County Council which aims to help people find their way around local health and care services.
The Dacorum Community Navigator are a team in Hertfordshire offering a face to face service to vulnerable people or those who are unsure or anxious about finding the right service to help them. The team of Navigators will complement the work of HertsHelp the organisation that offers a telephone and electronic advice service.
